Limoncello and Prosecco
Limoncello cocktail with Prosecco is an authentic Italian drink made with the combination of locally produced Italian ingredients. Prosecco gives life to limoncello, a low-alcohol drink. Sweet, fresh and certainly sparkling, the beverage is perfect for a midsummer dinner. It is also served to warm up a cold, winter weather.
To prepare the cocktail, first, take the lemon and use it to moisten the edge of the glass. Next, pour some sugar on a plate and dip the glass moistened with lemon. Then fill each glass with 6 tbsp of limoncello and 150 ml Prosecco. Lastly, garnish with a piece of lemon peel and serve chilled.
Limoncello & Tonic
The drink comes directly from the Sorrento Peninsula and is good both as an aperitif and as an after dinner. This is traditionally served to the guests of the Massa family as a welcome drink on the panoramic terraces of the lemon grove.
In a glass half-filled with ice cubes, add 150 ml of Premium Tonic and 50 ml chilled Limoncello. Next, lightly squeeze 3-4 basil leaves on the palm of your hand to extract the juice. Finally, add some basil leaves to the drink for garnish.

Amalfito goes best with vegetable and fruit dishes, fish and cold pasta. This mojito is a light cocktail perfect in the afternoon. To make Amalfito, put 8 pieces of mint leaves in a tumbler with 1 tbsp of sugar and 20 ml lime juice. Next, lightly pound the mint to extract the essential oils. After extracting the oil, add 40 ml white rum and 30 ml Limoncello. Stir gently then add 2 drops of angostura in the mixture. Top with soda until desired alcohol level is reached.
Lemon Sherbet Fizz
Perfect to beat the summer heat, Lemon Sherbet Fizz is a cocktail made from limoncello and sorbet with Prosecco. It has become the world’s one of the most beloved summer cocktails. Creamy and refreshing, it is ideal for lunch or after a meal.
To assemble the recipe, first, put 2 tbsp of lemon sorbet in a round-bottomed container. Wait for the ice cream to soften. Next, add 30 ml limoncello and to the ice cream. Pour 30 ml of limoncello and 10 ml of Sparkling Rosemary Prosecco in a cocktail shaker. Add the melted ice cream and ice cubes. Shake well until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Finally, pour the mixture into a glass and garnish with two slices of lemon.
Sparkling Limoncello

Then chill the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. Just before serving, add a bottle of a sparkling wine or Prosecco. Stir gently in order to prevent the berries from bruising. Finally, serve in low-ball glasses with ice.
The recipe calls for 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved. 1 cup fresh raspberries and 1/2 cup fresh blackberries.
Limoncello-Gin Cocktail with Grilled Thyme

Here is how to make the drink. First, grill 2 large sprigs of fresh thyme for 15 seconds until lightly charred. The herb will release its aromatic fragrance when grilled. Next, gently muddle the thyme with 1 tbsp fresh lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Then fill the shaker with 3 tbsp gin and 1 tbsp limoncello. Add ice and stir well. Finally, strain the contents into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with remaining thyme and serve.

You will need 4 ounces of chilled Sparkling wine and an ounce of chilled limoncello. Additionally, the recipe also requires 5-6 fresh blackberries, raspberries or currants.
To begin with, place a spoonful of crushed ice topped with fresh berries into a fluted glass. Then combine the wine and limoncello in a mixing glass. Stir lightly so as to prevent the bubbles from evaporating. Lastly, pour the contents of the mixing glass over the berries and ice.

Next, remove the tea bags and pour the tea into the tall glass. Add the limoncello and stir gently. Add sugar syrup for a sweeter tea.
Cocktail with Cucumber, Lemon, and Limoncello

You will prepare 3 fl oz vanilla vodka, 1 fl oz limoncello and 1 fl oz of lemon juice. Additionally, 1/2 fl oz Butterscotch Schnapps, 1/2 fl oz of simple syrup and lots of ice. We will also need Lime rind for garnishing.
To prepare, first, pour all the ingredients into a shaker. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds then strain in a chilled cocktail glass. Lastly, decorate with lime rind.
Coral Queensland
This cocktail is a simple-mixed beverage with only 4 ingredients. Coral Queensland is easy to make, perfect for a Saturday night get-together.
Pour 1 fl oz vodka and 1 fl oz limoncello in a shaker. Add 1 fl oz Blue Curacao to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain in a chilled cocktail glass. Add lemonade and garnish with lemon rind.
